need help buy new z3x but port not showing

hi team i buy new z3x box bout it not show me z3x com it show usb srial port i remove all driver and reinstall but still same also chk with diffrent pc it it not showing like old box z3x port as it box fault

Bro install z3x shell first all drivers are inside the shell folder

It's OK if its showing "USB Serial Port" both is same and there isn't any problem.
You can use this "USB Serial Port" for every box operations.
