hi all i need help with my SM-G920F everytime i write a cert i still get emergency call and when i click repair and type in imei number and patch cert i still get emergency call?? can anybody help me please

did imei and sn are ok
is basband ok or unknown
u tried resetting efs

ive tried resetting the efs but then i lose the serial number baseband is ok

ok then back up efs
then reset it
then write cert

also try another SIM from different providers

Please full log operation to help you.

Likely solution:
1- Flash the phone (full wipes in recovery)
2- Root the phone
3- Repair IMEI
4- Patch Cert

In case of emergency calls check the IMEI
