| 1st switch off mobile 1st hold send and call end button than turn on power button also hold after few seconds you see on the screen yes or no you want format and and remove your password or user code so press call recieve button its done.u will loose user deta. or try this way. 1. The Phone Must Be On 2. Press And Hold Call And End Key 3. Press Reset quick 4. Press the call Key when prompted to format the phone.good luck br |

| u can reset the usercode by z3x just connect the phone powered on with j750 / e210 cable and press usercode a popup will appear and select reset usercode |
