usb debuging enable

Type *#0808# and choose DM + Modem + ADB.

Reboot phone

Select diagnostic port in port settings.

click unlock

i have do same thing butt still see log carefully

after you must have root your device then do full factory reset and type *#0808# and chose dm+modem+adb then reboot and click unlock.it will not say NO ANSWER FROM PHONE AGAIN
