I have a lg p713 with network problemes i need qcn and nvm files ....

You try make repair nvm in lg tool? If not any one help you I tomorrow read QCN from my phone and upload.

After NVM repair phone phone totaly loose network , need qcn and nvm

You no need nvm, you need QCN. Check LGTool/Resources/QCN/ must exist from P705.

I have done replace eMMC of P713, alive with P715 data.

Now phone alive but can not detect sim card.
Seems P705 QCN is not valid...

First try reflash phone with original flasher and make factory reset. Maybe EFS corrupted.
