I can confirm it worked on G390F Galaxy Xcover 4.
After "Remove FRP" under "ADB Operations" section, you can access the full phone menu. Do not make Factory Reset. Just add another google account, and make factory reset manually. On the new setup wizzard, will ask for google account, just use the one you have added in the previous step.
Enter in phone menu, and enable Developer settings. In Developer settings, just tick "Enable OEM unlock". Go to Settings, > accounts, and remove the google account used earlyer. Do a manual factory reset. That's all!

You don't need to select model.
Just select ADB operations and press Remove FRP.
When software says OK, you can enter phone menu. Just enter in settings, accounts, and add a good, working google account.
After that, restart phone, go to Recovery, and make factory reset.

At the new restart, you can enter the new google account. Enter again in the phone settings, enable Developer settings, enable OEM unlock, remove the google account from "accounts" and reboot to recovery.
Make full factory reset.
That's all.

Don't forget to press "Thanks" button!
