New samsung phones problems

there is a new problems in the new phones

sometimes alot of people give me phones like (i9200 - i9192 - .........) to flash it with a newer version or to flash it with different region (to add another languages) ...

alot of times after finishing flashing it gives me an error like (IMAGE SIZE TOO LARGE) OR (SECURE FAIL : KERNEL)

tried to flash it with SPT or Z3X .... but still the same error .

the only solution is to flash the original region flash file to the phone again ... (EXAMPLE : if it was from china then download china flash ... brasil the flash brasil flash)

the question is (what if i dont want to flash the original region again??)
(what if the phone came to me with the error & i want to know the original region again???)

thanks
