cannot flash the phone ,why?

ok manage to flash the phone,but when i make a call the screen auto sensor goes off,the network reset to no bar,if make call with speaker is ok .

if phone reset factory setting the phone reboot non-stop,

what files to flash to remedy this problems?

after flash patch file read codes. save codes, and flash not patched firmware.
