Nexus 5 D820 Problem.

I have both Z3X and Octopus.

Both boxes fail to read the phone or enable DIAG to work with the device for repair/unlock.

Phone has been downgraded to "4.4 KRT16M"

When selected I pick "Enable Diag"

LG 2-3G Tool v7.0
supported models: 972

Not detect phone! Please manual select port or reboot PC!
Current intefaces: mtp,adb
Enable diagnostic port
Device not found!
Elapsed: 143 secs. --> (v7.0)

I did get the prompt for ADB Shell etc..

This has been a issue with this model for awhile. (PS Z3X is only used on Computer A with 64bit Windows 7) the Octopus is used on a Laptop using Windows 7 32bit.

Both computers cannot read this device, altho it can be rooted/downgraded etc.. just cant get the diag anymore.

So much of a problem I just started letting some customers go due to it being busy.

Can anyone show me what the problem is ?

Thank You.
