No answer from phone imei clean s4 - GSM-Forum

I just got my z3x box installed she'll samsung tool installed drivers installed Kies 3 and tried repairing imei on s4 by doing the following
Root your device
*#0808# select dm+modem+adb
Select correct model
Select the correct port
Click on repair
Put the original imei and press ok...

Then I get the following ?

Selected model: I337
Selected port: COM1 Communications Port
Selected port speed: 115200
Reading phone info... no answer from phone
Done with Samsung Tool v.17.4

Done with Samsung Tool v.17.4

tick new secutrity and also tick skip backup/restore nvm then repair imei via usb

bro u have not istall driver properly
second u not active ur fone on proper setting
thats y u facing this problm

I attached to z3x usb port and it did it but now says unknown imei works good just says unknown imei ? Was it because I was supposed to put to usb from pc ?

Bro use ver 16.9 and repair imei it always work for me on jb even 4. 4. 2.

Check drivers first make sure u install Samsung drivers first or try another pc if still same then it ll be hardware issue .
