i successfully managed to unlock a s5830 now, using a usb micro cable and phone should be ON.

Enter code *#7284# - choose phone usb, and then restart phone and simply press unlock button. (You may have to choose the correct port first)

no answer from phone,
it's a new phone,cofused.....

If you used usb micro cable, you need choise usb samsung port, but in your log - selected Selected port: COM4 Z3X BOX Serial Port.
