No one responds for lost credits in z3x - GSM-Forum

I know there is a separate issue where they explain how to send an email to z3x support and they solve our problems with the credits that z3x consumes and does not do the unlocking, I already canceled sending the information so that my credits are returned and they never respond, If I open another issue on the other hand, the only thing they do to close it and with it they forget the problem, they have to be more serious since there are 18 credits that I have lost these last days and nobody answers me for them, this is a robbery that if they have support they have to give a quick solution to their customers but it is not like that, return my credits do not steal them

Z3x has too many issues since they star charge the people for their service

before when was free no issues at all !!
You should buy another box my friend!

None can. That is why they charge $80, $100, etc...
