Note 2 No Service

Hello everyone I have a problem with note 2 N7100, the phone did not call more so I restorato the efs, and restored imei, serial and patched the network. Nothing to do still No service, I have tried several imei but there's no way to make him get the network.... what can I do? thanks in advance:

try reflash phone to other firmware and do network repair.
try read cert from working phone and write to your phone.
if same problem - then hardware
