Note 4 radio off?

Hey. I currently have two note 4. One is from AT&T and the other from T-Mobile. Some local did an Imei repair but the radio is forced off. Why would it do this and how to fix this?

The store that really tried to do the IMEI Repair on these phone they really should close ASAP or stop doing IMEI Repair and stick to hardware repairs if they're not super bad at that too LOL, your problem is way easy and probably you didnt noticed, this phone has a eng ROM so flash the Stock T-Mobile ROM and everything will be working

You should really remove that factory ROM from the phones so it can be a fully normal phone

Good, and I say again that store should find another job or something because obviously they're not good at this
