Note 4 SM-N910F Unlock Failed - GSM-Forum

Hi friends, i am trying to unlock this Note 4,
with 6.0.1 Android version... Z3X says unlocked,
but it is not... also diag mode cant be activated...
Can this phone be downgraded safelly to 5.1.1?
Or is there any other method to unlock this phone?

i have the same problem , z3x says unlock ok but phone still ask
for network unlock code.

UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:
Micro-USB cable:
1. Phone must be powered on.
2. Type *#0808# and select 'DM+MODEM+ADB'.
3. Type *#9090# and choose 'DM/DUN over HSIC' (ignore it, if it's not available).
4. Reboot phone.
Or use 'Activate Diag' function from 'Repair' tab.
5. Connect USB cable, install drivers if needed.
6. Select Samsung diagnostic port in port settings.
7. Press 'Unlock' button for direct unlock.

Operation: Unlock
Selected model: SM-N910F
Selected port: COM8 SAMSUNG Mobile USB Serial Port
Software version: 26.5

Reading phone info...
Reading IMEI... OK
IMEI: 3572XXXXXXXXXXXXX
Unlocking... OK
