Easy if you use UART Cable.

Turn phone off
Connect Cable
Select Port
Select Reset FRP/UFS
Press vol down and power as soon as you see the message
Release Power
When tool tells you then release vol down.
Done in seconds.

Operation: Reset FRP UFS
Selected model: SM-N920T
Selected port: COM15 Z3X BOX Serial Port
Software version: 29.0

Hold 'Vol down' and press 'POWER ON' for 2-3 seconds
Checking phone at COM15 OK
Phone detected, do not release 'Vol down'
Reading data from phone... OK
Release 'Vol down' now
Comparing selected model... match (N920T)
Setup connection... OK
Reseting FRP... OK
Rebooting phone... OK
Reset FRP done

This was done on 7.0 Firmware.

All N920T are TMO that is why it has the "T". Cable is C330K is has been discussed in the update thread.
