cant because qualcomm chip, only make dual sim via chip exynos

Wrong, N960U hardware can convert to dual-SIM but Software block uses of second IMEI Data. By now only Overseas Qualcomm o Exynos suported like N9600 or G9650 and so.

And it is an expensive work, it requires copy data from IMEI 1 to IMEI 2 using MslCert. Also need to change SIM Tray. Can use same IMEI data on both or diferent IMEI generating by CPID imei

Sprint version cannot convert to DUAL sim. Only N9600
