Tried lots of tools . No team provided me with a solution.
Security policy prevents use of camera
Security policy prevents use of the computer connection

I can enable Adb, I can root phone.
I can downgrade to 5.1.1 or 6.0.1
I flashed 4 file repair firmware... same thing.
Oem unlock is on

BUT:
Modem not found

This is different... all the firmwares are from sk, no app installed though

I`m trying to reset msl but z3x can`t find modem , even thought in device manager it`s present and other tools discover the phone easily

bro, try go in to dowload mode and flash a combination file, or just the sboot, then flash all 4 files firmware.

Can`t find any combination file for n920s (or even n920c .... )
Tried custom roms / twrp + supers su
Tried disabling mdm app.. same thing

you said you can root your phone, root it, download root explorer, then delete all the folders and files releted to that MDM app in /data or /system/app folder. done lots of time

Can`t find the MDM app in root explorer
I am able to find it in app manager in settings , I can force close it but that`s about it.

Any other details what I should look for ?

Ok, so I searched "mdm" using root explorer, I just deleted whatever I found and Phone still locked....
