whats the diference between METAL BOX OR New Box Design)

I want to buy it today

Simply, one is metal and other is plastic.

Working is exactly the same, just change design and manufacturer.

P.S: If you buy new design plastic, it has a double Smart Card reader, one for Z3X card and other for any smartcard of other box that e.g. broken and you can still use its smartcard and its activations with the same box.
