Only way to repair/unlock Wave M S7250 - GSM-Forum

flash your S7250 with S7250D firmware from support (S7250DJPKK1_S7250DOJPKK1.zip) without boot
Flash your phone with apps_patch_S7250DJPKK1.bin from support
Read codes (you got bad imei and true codes, don't worry)
Flash your phone back to S7250 firmware S7250XXKK1 + S7250D FactoryFS (FactoryFs_S7250D_Open_Arabic_Common_OJP.ffs) Note: put FactoryFS file from S7250DJPKK1 into S7250XXKK1 folder and flash it one time with all other files
Imei will be ok, enter codes.

For now, i tested essential functions (imei,camera, call, wifi ..) and all is ok
i recommand this procedure to people who flashed phone with app patch and got phone restart

Please post result.

1 - Flash your S7250 with S7250D firmware from support (S7250DXXKK1_OXE) without bootfiles
2 - Flash your phone with apps_patch_S7250DXEKK1.bin from support
3 - Read codes you get NCK code (save them you will use it)
4 - You got bad IMEI, d'ont worry
5 - Reflash your S7250 with original firmware or this one (S7250XXKK1_S7250OXAKK1_DBT, from support),
if there is no FFS file use one of (S7250DXXKK1_OXE):FactoryFs_S7250D_Open_Europe_Com mon.ffs
6 - Enter your NCK code calculated on step 3
7 - Unlock Done, true IMEI
8 - D'ont forget THANKS

Phone restarts permanently after steps 1 & 2. Flashed with z3x latest sw.

What did you use for flashing ? why not flashing boot ?
