PC Restart when I go to install box - GSM-Forum

Dear Sir,
I just bought a new Z3x box. I downloaded z3x shell 3.3
When I go to install box driver then pc goes to restart. Another Question...Pc detects two times usb to serial (Not z3x box or any smart card). First time I select box driver and second time card driver as Blang said on forum.
So, anything goes wrong with me?

driver error

check drivers when you install ...click on leaving old drivers when security window appears

Its a driver conflict Mate, uninstall Box driver.

Thanx for ur responses. I formated my pc and install windows again. And I have tried to install my Z3X again. There are three driver installed... 1)e-gate usb smart card 2) e-gate virtual reader enumerators 3) e-gate usb smart card reader. But there is another device (USB<->Serial) Windows cannot found the driver.
any solutions pls.
