do you have to root the phone
when the phone is reset and it ask for google account, can this process be done.

Can you please post the full step by step procedure as I have followed both Z3X and Octoplus instructions for both boxes and still cant do it.

I did almost everything.
In the end, (after flashing combination and sboot)
I downloaded the EXACT SAME FIRMWARE (australia)
I was hopeless, but after doing it twice, I got the correct boot sequence and everything went smoothly.
