Phone blocked after several unlock trials

A client brought his phone which is blocked after sevral unlock trials.
Because this phone is blocked, I cannot put this phone in Samsung or USB mode.
I only can enter block code or call SOS

What can I do to make contact with this phone wit Z3x box sio I can unlock?
My phone is Samsung S5600V Vodafone Netherlands

try with rj45, contact should happen and then you can direct unlock your phone.

use short cable !! no long cable !!!

or:

Power on phone.
Type *#197328640# -> common -> usb config -> Qualcomm mode
Connect USB cable, setup drivers.
Choise qualcomm diagnostic port in port settings.
Choise unlock method: Read codes or Direct.
Press Unlock SP button

And after boot without sim card.

I only can enter code which is for blocked phone.
It is not possible to enter qualcomm mode *#782872# or anything else.
I cannot come into the menu to put the phone in USB or Samsing mode.
Even without SIM phone ask for code.

No,
phone is working but I cannot make contact between phone and Z3x box/computer, because it is not in USB or Samsung mode

download multiloader v5.56
download wanted firmware
launch multiloader and select mam6275/msm6280/msm6290
tick full download
click on bootfiles, select bootfiles directory of your firmware
select other files in firmware directory, you can drag and drop them into multiloader.
put phone in download mode : vol down+camera+power and connect to pc.
Install drivers, and then click search port.
When phone found, click download.
Post result when finished.

Because I cannot see which firmware is inside phone, I don't know which version I need.
Can you advice me which version with Dutch language?

Multiloader can't find port.

I have looked for drivers at support but can't find drivers for phones.

Is your phone recognized when you turn it in download mode ?

I mean is there any reactions from your pc ?

If you installed kies, drivers should be installed.

After enter first Download programm downloaded firmware
I couldn't reset phone, so I took battery out.
After this I receive:
