i have all drivers installed, it will read phone if i click read but any other functions like dump etc phone not found?
also if i flash firmware downloaded from z3x using odin when booting its asking for password?
plz help

running xp 32bit all drivers installed , kies installed, detected in odin also in download mode ?

you even not post here what phone model you have.
please post all information about problem.
and some logs or screenshots.
did you follow manual under help button?

install samsung kies,settings on phone uneble usb debug check!
