hi z3x team i am having problem with some phone after rooting the software dont detect the phone on port read info ok but when press unlock it gives msg phone not found here is expample of samsung i8160p

Most comon mistake is phone options are not set right like USB debuging not active. Also make shure all drivers are installed correctly.

well every thing fine all drivers are ok and phone not found on other box unlocked sucessfully on same pc with out any problem

next time read manual. this phone unlock work over usb modem and phone reading done via USB as you can see in log.
Why you choise UART port of box i not understand.

coz in software it dosnt show the usb port or diag port to select thats why its on com port
