i not see any flashing.
try charge battery. try connect battery connector on phone for shot time. may be startic.

swithc phone to flash mode, connect usb cable. choise USB in speed window and flash phone.

B3210 Download mode press * 10 second hold insert usb cable and connect USB cable to phone select usb com port After flashing

HWK tools click RJ-45 select mobile phone com name {com65ssm0} select after

flashing GOOD FLASHING
