please help me unlock galaxy on android 4.0.4 - GSM-Forum

i have a samsung galaxy i9300 which is running on android version 4.0.4 iam failling to root it so that i can unlock it.both with z3x and with odin.When i download CF-root file and extract it instead of a getting the tar file the folder contains two files .cache and recovery so odin cant recognise the files for rooting help me please

my problem solved phone is odin 1.83 root and z3x unlock phone okey

my problem is locating the CF-Root-SGS3-v6.0.tar file i cant get it after extracting CF-Root folder
