this is log:

Selected model: S5260
Selected com port: COM586
Selected speed port: 921600
Phone must be ON
Search modem ...
Timeout for ping modem
Elapsed time: 39 second, sw ver: 3.5.0032

which another port it is same.
any idea,thanks!

try to select the com z3x installed to or the phone drivers installed on
once you connect the phone to the system auto install start for the drivers. see the comport the drivers installing on and check for modem driver installed on. you won't be able to unlock the phone directly as it will require the app file you need to download from the support. easiest way read codes but you need a com cable (c3300k).

same problem with ver: 3.5.0033

use latest version ver: 3.5.0035_2 and its done

i have same problem if you have microbox it s ok with read code
