please help z3x box not found - GSM-Forum

please z3x team i have aproblem when i setuo the shel and other program all it is ok the program work but it give me (no z3x box found )and in device manager just i found (usb serial port (com 3)) not found z3x comport i unistall and reinstall and i formated the PC but same thing i download new driver but same thing now i can't unlock by comport like samsung s5230 please help me to solve this problem

where log of unlocking?

i loss my log beause i formated my PC but the problem is (no z3x box found ) and in the device manager not found z3x in the comport just usb serial port
