Please help Z3X BOX stopped working

Hello Team

I was using my box and suddenly the next time I wanted to connect to my PC I found the error card not found while the RX TX & Power lights are steady on (normally they are on/off/flash when connected to pc)

I checked and found the usb connector is "PUSHED" back (just the back part) as you see in the picture and detecting as a unknown device in DM and RX TX & Power lights are always on when connected!

any clue what is going wrong with the box?

Have sent the request from official website (z3x-team | z3x-box official website) for the same but still no response.

If anybody have a minute to guide what is the best way to fix the box?

Hello sir, my z3x box was working fine till yesterday, but today all of sudden it stopped working, whenever i try to open samsung tool, it shows, card not found, only retry or close button.
i tried to check in z3x shell>setting and hardware tools and click show card info, it says, card not found,
i even tried to reinstall all drivers and fresh z3x software also, but still not working anything, there are only 2 lights are showing yellow and red, blue light turns on and goes off on z3x box.
can you please tell me why this problem is coming all of sudden and help me to fix this problem..

check your card on other box with the same reader if your card is working

then pay new reader, if your card is not working it's so bad for your cause you must pay

new box .

z3x card no one responds really why its like i have to nuy another card
