The box works perfectly, just gives me that error when downloading the suport

Did you change your browser and set as default browser.

It's the same browser I use forever, nothing has changed in my PC, someone should give support solution.

I use Firefox by default, I tried IE and Google Chrome, with all the same thing happens, it is clear that something happens on the server with my authentication.
