New camera (20€) or try android 2.2.

They should add warning to disconnect camera from board before flashing.
Somehow flashing screws camera.

Format internal memory, enter in recovery mode, clear all cache and wipe, reboot phone and wait media scan complete, power off and enter download mode and flash phone with Odin3 v1.82 with 3 ticked (tick on "Re-Partition" - "Auto Reboot" and "F. Reset Time" ticked default). Wait for flash complete and wait media scan complete. Reset phone *2767*3855#. If this method not work, may be your camera corrupted and must be replaced.

P.S.: If use one flash file xx.tar, Re-Partition must NOT ticked - put xx.tar in PDA window. Re-Partition must check only if use 4 flash file - PIT,PDA,PHONE and CSC !!!
