problem conecting to qualcom modems ?

hi
i have some werid problem , it juats started
i have reinstalled all drivers from start.
after fresh restart of pc , if i try to unlock and qualcom 3g phone , i have np.
after first try of soft detecting the diagnostic port , next time i try soft freez on searching modem. if i disconect phone it gives error modem cant be found , but if phone stay conected soft is frozen.
like i said , first time after reboot first phone works with np....
any ideas ?

any phone i try do the same
s5603 , s8300 ,this i try today more then 5 different phones
when it try to search for the modem soft freez , if i'll let it it will stay like this forever , i can press cancel or just remove the phone from usb and it release.
any ideas ?
i have removed drivers and reinstalled them few times.
reinstall the z3x programs few times
it happen also with i9000

im sure there is a problem as this is a new winxp install and in first few days all worked 100%

well i checked and i got the problem.
as soon as i check use server on the 3g tool , program freez on conecting to modem
i have no firewall or any antivirus program.
so support can you please give some help about this problem ?
if i remove the check for use server , soft freez when conecting to phone

noone can answer this problem ? when check use server soft freezing when trying to conect to modem!!!

1. Power on phone.
2. Type *#197328640# -> common -> usb config -> Samsung usb
3. Connect USB cable, setup drivers.
4. Choise Modem driver
5. Select New algo and unlock
6. Press Unlock
