u can do it free fix this phone
u need this softwer and his flash file LGMDP World Edition 12.14
dz extract my speed is very slow to update file neither i can do for u
if u have vygis 100% u can solve it

Flash with lgmdp and change imei-repiar not solved...
i have only z3x box...

I think u have to do a full flash & imei repair (if necessary).
From my experience with ke990/ku990 & z3x, direct unlock often messes up otp area (z3x has that issue with a lot of lg's).
If u have only z3x and no other lg box do a full flash and try to do unlock again backing it up first. It will take u a lot of time yet...

nvm exist in z3x - press repair button in software.

1. make restore from first time backup.
2. make direct unlock.
