Nothing FIX! Expain what button not work?
all button is ok.
If you try press Write and not choise flash file, you make mistake.
First need choise flash file.

I know that first we must choose the flash file and then press the Write button, but with me and then write button remains grayed out

show screenshots. may be you choise models which not supported for flashing.
