problem with samsung 2g tool

problem with samsung 2g tool stuck on card found and can't run........ I have uninstall and then install samsung 2g tool but still hang any solution...

It doesn't seem to be drivers problem as card is found, do you run it as admin ?

and also shell open ok but
only problem with samsung tool

Format ur PC.....
Dont Use Other Programs while Using 2G Tool....
Also Dont Use / DISABLE ANTIVIRUS....
Upgrade ur PC's Hardware if Necessary....

same problem with me...
every thing is working file like shell 3g tool but 2g tool prblem...chnaged the port usb cable driver installation is ok....and all other program is working fine

unistall drivers all(z3x) wen box plugged....download latest shell....click on auto driver install inside shell and install drivers ...try run software again if failed check connection between smartcard and box
