Same problem on S5620.
Try full flash, even boot, maybe works for you...

i don't know if this will apply to you but hope it helps= http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f453/t959v-no-network-no-service-but-show-all-bars-1404635/also make sure you have an active sim in phone not an out of service caed-otherwise it will also show "not in service" also-i used the t959vuvkc1 file and flashed w z3x.

I have alot of customer bring me this type of problems... im thinking that maybe IMEI is in black list....
