Problem unlock GT-B5510, read info but when press unlock not found phone

Hello,

I have a problem, with unlock GT-B5510 Yoigo Spain.

I have read info fine but when I press unlock it says not found phone.

I select "samsung modem" on port, I selected "z3x box" too, but it doesn´t work.

Fox example I can to see that port where phone is connected is com 124, but when I select "samsung modem" I can to see that port here is 125 (in Administrador device is 124), if I change the usb port, it happends the same problem, port com100 on administrador devince, but on z3x soft I can only to see com99.

If I select z3x box or not select port, it happends the same problem, It read the correct info but when I click unlock button or read codes, it says "phone not found".
