problem unlocking B5310


press direct unlock get

Selected model: B5310
Selected com port: COM9
Selected speed port: 921600
Phone must be ON
Search modem ... OK
Search modem on:COM15
Phone OLD IMEI: 35783603371352 /6
Phone SW: B5310XFIK5/B5310OXFIK5

then program hangs here

any ideas?

download any firmware from support flash with apps only in z3x , then direct unlock in z3x and repair imei and if any problem come full flash with z3x with the same firmware you used for apps file

tested already

i used this file my self B5310XFIK5.zip tested on 3 phones

thats normal it hangs here for about 1 to 2 minutes so dont worry

yes sometimes take a long time don't make cancel just wait it' will be done
