Selected model: I9295
Selected port: COM301 SAMSUNG Mobile USB Serial Port
Selected port speed: 115200
Searching ADB device... OK
Reading phone info...
Model: GT-I9295
Android version: 4.2.2
Product code: GT-I9295ZAATWO
Phone version: I9295XXUAMF7
PDA version: I9295XXUAMF7
CSC version: I9295OXXAMG2
IMEI: 358194050618338
Phone S/N: RF1D81KAJED
Checking phone at COM301 OK
Backuping NVM... OK
Checking Super user right... true
Backuping MMCBLK... OK
Writing data to phone... OK
Rebooting phone... OK
Checking phone at COM301 OK
Restoring NVM... OK
Reseting... OK
Unlock done
Done with Samsung Tool v.15.6

Now IMEI is: 0/01

Have Full NVM backup and automatic backup. Wrote auto backup and restored IMEI!
Think there is a problem with 15.6 regarding i9295 unlock.

Now phone has NO NETWORK. Will try to write full NVM and full flash the phone. Hope it will solve the problem.

Advice to all users, don't unlock i9295 until this problem is solved!

Restored full NVM and reflashed the phone. Without SIM inside when I type *#1234# I get all info regarding AP, CP and CSC, but WITH SIM inside I get only AP and CSC info. Also if I go to Mobile networks I get No SIM inserted!

What SW to use? It's not NSPro, Z3X nor SPT.

Warning, don't try unlocking with Z3X (read earlier posts. If you still want to do that:

Manual root:
[Anleitung][I9295] Root Anleitung mit Custom Recovery - Android-Hilfe.de

Then repeat unlock.

I have the same problem, I rooted the phone, the superuser is in applications. The root checker shows that it is rooted but the program not:

Selected model: I9295
Selected port: COM15 Z3X BOX Serial Port
Selected port speed: 115200
Searching ADB device... OK
Reading phone info...
Model: GT-I9295
Android version: 4.2.2
Product code: GT-I9295ZAAPAN
Phone version: I9295XXUAMF7
PDA version: I9295XXUAMF7
CSC version: I9295PANAMF1
IMEI: 358xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Phone S/N: RF1D81YFJ7W
Checking phone at COM15 OK
Backuping NVM... OK
Checking Super user right... false
Not supported version for auto root
Done with Samsung Tool v.15.7

any solution? Should I try with another firmware?
