Problem unlocking samsung s3 i9305

Hello,i am trying to unlock s3 i9305 but all attemps gone unsuccessfull.
i rooted my phone and tried with uart cable i got the reading phone fail and
i tried with usb cable but software cannot find the mobile on the com port.
for better understanding the situation i am attaching the image.

Try reflash phone to new firmware and root. And repeat again
