Problem in Unlocking SC06D with Z3x - GSM-Forum

Hi,
When I try to unlock Galaxy S3 NTT Docomo with Z3x it gives me the error "NO ANSWER FROM PHONE". Please Help Mr. Blang

please post log, did you follow manual? what cable you using?

Sorry for late
Im using samsung tool 13.4. Rried with Original Samsung USB Cable and the cable which came with z3x box but no avail. Here is my log

please follow manual. i telling all time.

also you can try usb or uart mode.

i not see correct log of usb unlocking.
cos usb not selected.

type *#9090# select uart
type *#7284# and select uart to modem..
this code will work on version 4.0.4 only..your in higher version downgrade it.
and use micro uart cable..3303
select com
and press unlock
tested 10000%

hear is the log...

Good afternoon, I'm trying to unlock this model, and I'm not getting there I decided to flash with another version downloaded from Z3x support did however usually ends properly and connects and makes rebolte renicia qdo arrives on screen samsung so it is, already downloaded 3 different versions on the stand and not succeeded, would like help to be able to solve this problem, someone already did flash this unit successfully help me.

good day, I got phone call was with android version 4.0.4 baseband SC06D0MLG6 more'm not managing to enter the settings * # 7284 #, which ta wrong so I can get it unlocked.
