Problem with Z3X

For the last 2 days my z3x has been acting up.

Normally I go to unlock an i747 and I wouldn't need to root. Just enable diag mode, click unlock and i am done. Now I am getting this

Also when trying to repair the IMEI everything goes through as successful but the phone does not reset afterwards, I manually reboot and the imei is not changed. Any ideas?

I tried reinstalling samsung tool and drivers
