problem z3x box

hola, buenos días, tengo un problema grave con mi z3x, de un dia para otro, no lee ningun celular, probe cables nuevos rj, compudadoras nuevas y las ultimas versiones de z3x. los drivers estan correctamente instalados , uso windows xp alguien me puede salvar.

Friend! Update your Windows.Disable antivirus.Uninstall all Software.Install Again all New.

hola, siempre use z3x en xp sp2. uso el antivirus eset smart security
ya intente desactivar el antivirus.
no uso dos box al mismo tiempo. igual lo voy a volver a intentar y posteo los resultados.

best to go on xp sp3, without any antivirus running, one box at a time.
Find an old pc dedicated to unlocking, 2ghz and 1g of ram are enough to perform almost everything.
With that no more problem (well almost ^^)
