Problems with support files - GSM-Forum

I seem to be having problems with downloading files from support. every file I download when I try to unzip using winzip it says its corrupt and I should download again. I have not ben able to get ANY firmware files from support for weeks. Ive tried with different computers and also have changed providers. do you recommend any particular unarchiver?

Thanks for suggestion, I can download and open files from SPT support BUT as a Z3X customer I should be able to download and open the files from their support area.
