Stuck here .... need help

Looks like wrong port selected.

Close all the programs that might be interfering with the phone. Make sure you're choosing the correct port.

Sometimes when unlocking a few phones at once you tend to forget to choose the right port.

Tried all posible combinations and nothing works for me
eventually I decided to downgrade from 4.4.2 to 4.1.1 and successfully unlocked device in 5 seconds.
I do search whole forum and found that nobody do unlock for i317 with 4.4.2 Android
Any way thank you guys for help

how did you sucessfully downgrade 4.4.2 is your note 2 also rooted if possible can you list all the steps and what progams you used to complete this ive already switched radios im on UCALJ2 but sill running kit kat please reply thanks
