Product Not Activated in This Card - GSM-Forum

i purchased z3x Box Samsung about 10 months ago. it was working until recently im seeing error "Product Not Activated in This Card"
i clicked on run Hardware Wizard and only one option is enable
Show Card info.
and info is:
Card SN - AA10FA9A
Reseller: gsmsources
Card activated - 2015-01-22
Download limit per day - 20
Benq-Siemens Tool - NOT available, activation possible
China Editor - NOT available, activation possible
Easy Jtag - NOT available, activation possible
Lg Tool - NOT available, activation possible
Samsung Tool PRO - NOT available, activation possible

Please HELP me
