please tell me how can i solve this issue ,i am using windows 10 64 bit and some time z3x exe crash after starting and software closed..

still i am having this issue and exe suddenly disappeared start...
please z3x team help me i tried to firewall turn off,antivirus turn off and many many more but unable to find solution yet and also unable to use great z3x software.
