QCN and Cert G900 - GSM-Forum

Hi ive got a S5 UK O2 blacklisted is this a guide how to get it back up and running again on O2..i believe i need the QCN for the 4G again to work again..i have searched the forum before posting topic

bro best is to buy a cert file as the ones freely available on forum have been bashed and are blacklisted in uk.. i know as ive tried them

I agree as all the certs are blacklisted in Major countries....

Also is they a step by step guide? do i write the QCN file first or the Cert file
