Read Codes & Unlock OK - Still Locked


Code:
  UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:
   Phone must be rooted!
  If the software can't root the phone automatically, 
  then you must root your device manually.
  1. Power on the phone.
  2. Tap 7 times on 'Build number' in 'Settings'-'About phone' to enable 'Developer options',
     go to 'Settings'-'Developer options' and enable 'USB debugging'.
  3. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
  4. Select device in ADB settings.
  5. Press 'Unlock' button for direct unlock or 'Read codes' to read security codes.

If after Unlock ask for Unlock Code type 00000000 or 12345678, works for me in some case.

Are you saying that the phone doesn't accept the code (20737081) or that you're not getting signal?

I remember 1 time i had situation with some samsung set and i put code in reverse order and code was accepted. I try all possible ways but still nothing

Wrong flash file flashed to phone.
I had same problem after flashing correct flashfile then the bought code worked at first try
otherwise displayed Network Unlock Unsuccessful

Its true , even SW need to warn about wrong selected models as in most of cases do.

Some one flashed with Russian firmware
